Prospective Marriage Visa (300)
The prospective marriage visa which comes under the subclass 300 allows people to Australia to marry his/her prospective spouse.
If the individual is granted this visa, he / she should marry the prospective spouse and apply for a partner visa which comes under subclass 820 and 801 before your prospective marriage visa (Subclass 300) expires.
The individual must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Intend to marry your prospective spouse.
- Have met and know your prospective spouse.
