Objective

  • Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual visa application sales targets and improving the conversion rate of leads to successful visa applications by a certain percentage.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high client satisfaction, reflected in client feedback and surveys. Address and resolve client issues or complaints quickly and effectively to maintain positive relationships.
  • Keep up to date with the latest visa and immigration policies, procedures, and requirements for different countries.

Organization relationships

Reports to: Sales Team Leader

Other: Works closely with the Sales Team, Migration, Admission and Visa Counselors and Admin Team.

General duties and responsibilities

This is a non-supervisory position. Duties and tasks include but are not limited to the following:

  • Consult with clients to understand their visa requirements, goals, and eligibility. Offer detailed information on visa options, application processes, and requirements for various countries.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas for visa services. Identify and pursue potential leads and opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns clients may have regarding their visa applications or the service provided.
  • Keep up to date with changes in visa regulations, immigration laws, and application procedures.
  • Assist in promoting visa services through various marketing and outreach activities.
  • Handling and protecting sensitive client information in compliance with data protection regulations.

Core duties and responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and achieve revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on immigration laws and visa options.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present proposals outlining services and timelines.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
  • Collaboration with Consultants: Work closely with migration consultants and legal experts.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain records and analyze performance.
  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support throughout the migration process.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training programs.
  • Ethical Standards: Adhere to ethical sales practices.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather client feedback and improve processes.
  • Further job roles and responsibilities can be amended at any given time.

Skills required

  • Ability to clearly explain visa options and requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to promote services and convert leads into clients.
  • Understanding of visa requirements and immigration laws.
