The news we’ve all been waiting for! It’s now official: over 200,000 international students, skilled workers and refuges are expected to return to Australia in December and January without the need for exemption, as Australia moves to the final phase of reopening. In order to enter Australia, international visa holders will need to be fully vaccinated and present a negative PCR test on the arrival.
Australia initially announced to open its international borders on December 1, which has now been delayed to December 15 due to the new COVID variant, but borders will open on the 15th this month.
